Everything was excellent especially the ladies at the reception. The check in process was smooth, they even have a champagne welcome drink. The room size is perfect as well as the bathroom. The best part of course is the location if you want to be near all the shopping areas.

The hospitality of the staff during the breakfast. Artful and his colleagues were so friendly and humorous! It made us a pleasant start of the day! The evening room service to check up water supply and tidy again our bedding make us feel warm. Especially my younger daughter brought a puppy with her. The staff placed the puppy in different gesture and beds look so cute and warmly when we got back every night. Due to our early flight ✈️, we couldn't make it to the breakfast. Unexpectedly the breakfast boxes and coffee/milk were delivered so early to our room, even before 👨‍🍳 chefs arrived. How did you make it happen? We will definitely stay here whenever coming back to London!

Great location, super friendly staff, luxury and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Fresh flowers in the room was a nice surprise in addition to the chocolate Easter egg which looked like a piece of art. The restaurant was elegant with excellent service and tasty food. The bar has a cozy atmosphere with nicely made drinks. We had an afternoon tea which was very special given the intricate decor of this historic place and famous people who visited is though the years.
